Our Commitment to ESG
At Hard Red Energy Inc, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are at the heart of everything we do. We're not just developing renewable natural gas (RNG) projects — we're building a cleaner, more sustainable future that directly benefits the communities we serve.
Environmental Impact
Hard Red Energy Inc will make a visible difference. By using agricultural straw as feedstock, we’re eliminating the need for open-field burning — a practice that fills the sky with smoke and harms both the environment and public health. With our projects, the black clouds are gone, and the air is cleaner. That means clearer skies, better breathing, and a healthier environment for everyone.
Our process also reduces greenhouse gas emissions and supports circular waste solutions, turning agricultural by-products into renewable energy. It’s sustainability in action — built on real, measurable outcomes.
Social Responsibility
Community matters to us. Always has, always will.
Our projects create long-term, stable jobs for local workers, supporting families and strengthening rural economies. We partner with local landowners, farmers, and businesses to make sure the benefits of our work are shared where it matters most — right here at home.
We believe that true sustainability means investing in people as much as in technology. Whether it's through workforce development, local hiring, or community engagement, we're committed to being a positive force wherever we operate.
Governance and Integrity
Hard Red Energy Inc operates with full transparency, strong ethical standards, and a commitment to responsible development. We take our role as stewards seriously — not just of the land, but of the trust placed in us by our partners, communities, and stakeholders.

During construction of one of our 10MW plants we use over 300 local trades including engineering, civils, electrical, plumbing, pipework, permitting, architectural, ground works, drainage, catering, and security. Each project then has an outflow of additional income for local businesses including hotels, lodges, recreation, shopping outlets, restaurants and fuel stations.
We work closely with local state departments and organisations to identify early on in a projects analysis what impacts will be had on the community. We are confident that our processes have little impact on the environment, in-fact we have measurable positive impacts, however, being able to bring communities together by creating new higher than average salaried jobs, work place training and long term employment allows areas in economic hardships to flourish, enabling families to plan long term, to stay local and raise families with jobs that allow people to return home at night.
